Hummingbird video

When we lived in Georgia we had a lot of hummingbirds coming and going. Even had them follow me in the house one day when I was going to change the feeder!! That was scary. One immediately went back out, but the little girl got scared and was flying around in the window. I was so relieved when she finally went back outside. In the video below, the little boy sat on Mike's finger. He did later for me too. What a doggone thrill!!

I'm closing in on my 100th post already. Time flies when you are having fun. I'm going to have a giveaway but I don't know what yet. Stay tuned!

  2. That was amazing...what a treat for you guys. Thanks for sharing. I put feeders out every year and I maybe see one 3 times all summer and I put out a bunch of feeders trying to attract them. I am so jealous.

  5. How sweet! I'm sure they were showing their appreciation for providing them with the sweet nectar they need for fuel!
