Pinkie

Pinkie is so named because of her nose (plus, I'm terrible with names). We got her at St. Francis Animal Rescue. They estimated her birth at May 2, 2006. She chose me August 7, 2006. We just went in to look and I went home with this baby. She's not a snuggler but I love her anyway. I just wanted to show you her photo. This is the best one I've taken. She is not photogenic.

    Oh Carla, she's a beautiful cat! She's lucky to have you! Our cat doesn't like to snuggle either, well I should say he does, but only with John! Go figure!

    Pinkie is beautiful! Love the markings on her fur! We have one cat that isn't a cuddler, but I find that she has a tendency to follow one of us from room to room and 'be' with us there like she wants us to know she is there if needed! :) I love how Pinkie is looking up at you! Yup, she knows who her Furmom is! :)
    I read your post on Pat's OP Challange. EVERY block is 'good enough' for a quilt! :) My favorite quilts are not the ones that I stressed over getting even or on point or whatever the days termonology was! My fav's are the ones that show that I am human, that I was taking some me time, and that show I didn't have time to rip them out and try again! LOL
    I really think you should go for it whether you think they are 'quilt quality' or not! Just My Opinion :) You can just give it to me when you are done! LOL

    She is a beauty and she looks cuddly even if she doesn't care for it. My cat is the same way, but she loves to sleep with me and will sit on my lap when I am at the computer. I know it is hard to get a good photo of a cat, I am trying all the time.

    Our cat Lilly is not a snuggler. She loves us and sleeps with us but on her own terms. It breaks Tom's heart. All of our other cats would sleep in his lap or on his chest while he watches TV.
