Mug rug fever

Seems everyone is doing them nowadays. Here's mine for an online swap. First one I've done. I've also joined another swap for them. They are fun to make.
The back is batik fish.

  2. Very pretty, Carla! Yes, they are a bit addicting, aren't they? I haven't made any more since Christmas because I dove right into a couple of Valentines Day swaps, but plan on doing more in the future. I have the ones I received on my kitchen counter - one is doing double duty as a candle mat ;-) Keep up the great Mug-Rugging!

  3. I love your mug rug, but to me they just look like a small version of a place mat, but I love the name "mug rug" ... kind of like "rug rats" he, he, he!
