OH my goodness!!! How sad.. and I thought my horse what thin this year. Had to start giving her special feed and minerals to help keep the weight on her.. but oh my for this poor little dog. If they could not afford to feed it... or could not just aford it.. why not give it away to someone who would love it!!!!! Makes one heart sick doesn't it??? APP
