All winners found!

First and second place winners have contacted me. Lisa and E., congrats! Lisa chose the tote bag and E. chose the doll. That leaves the pincushion. I went back to random.org and chose another number. Linda Fleming, it was your number! If you email me at DollArtistCarla at aol dot com with your address, I will send it to you. :)

Here is a photo of the pier in Venice at sunrise. I used a treatment on it called HDR which is high dynamic range. You take 3 photos, without moving the camera, at -2,0,+2 exposure. I used a program called Photomatix Pro to combine the photos and fix the tone. There is more to it than that but maybe you can get an idea. I love doing this but don't think of it very often.

p.s...could you direct me to any more on your blog that you have done this technique with? It sounds so complicated.

Carla, that photo is BEAUTIFUL! You sure do know your way around a camera. I just have mine set to AUTO then point and shoot. I know there is so much more I could be doing with it....maybe one day, I'll actually sit down and study the book. LOL

Glad you found your winners ~ :)
